These programs are for highly motivated, analytical, and unemployed youths for a period of twelve months.
Who Qualifies?
- Graduates who have completed studies in any of the below mentioned fields.
- Permanent South African Citizens
- Learners from rural/disadvantaged communities will be given preference

- Internal Audit
- Finances
- Operations Management
- Transport and Logistics
- Industrial Engineering
- Graphic Design
Benefits
- An allowance is paid for the duration of the experiential learning.
- Extensive training and workplace experience to support learners’ qualifications and to equip them for employment or to start your own business.

Learning & Development initiatives.
The Learning Institute engages in a host of development initiatives on a continuous basis in partnership with other providers as a contribution to the growth and development of the youth of South Africa.

Selection is made with consideration to the following:-
